Nutritional transparency  ·  Nam Hom coconut water

What's in
the water.

Ingredient truth

One ingredient. What matters is what that ingredient actually contains — and what it doesn't. No hidden processing, no added minerals, no enrichment. Just the water, as it grew.

What Nam Hom coconut water naturally contains.

The minerals and nutrients below are inherent to the coconut water — present in the fruit as it develops on the palm. Nothing is added, extracted, or adjusted. The exact per-serving quantities are declared on the product label.

Potassium

The dominant mineral in coconut water. Naturally present at meaningful levels, with no fortification required.

Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.*

Magnesium

Present naturally in the water of Nam Hom coconuts. Contributes to the mineral profile alongside potassium.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal muscle function.*

Natural Sugars

Predominantly glucose and fructose — the same sugars present when a fresh coconut is opened. No added sugars of any kind.

Electrolytes

The combination of naturally occurring minerals in the water gives coconut water its characteristic light, mineral quality — without any electrolyte supplementation.

Calcium

Present in small amounts naturally. Not a primary source, but part of the complete mineral composition of the water.

Low Calorie

Coconut water is naturally low in calories relative to juice or dairy. The calorie content of PURE comes only from naturally occurring sugars — nothing added.

One ingredient.
Nothing else
to declare.

Most coconut water on the market is produced from concentrate — the water is extracted, reduced under heat, dried or frozen for transport, then reconstituted with added water before bottling. This process alters the taste and natural composition.

Some products add sugars, natural flavourings, or vitamin blends to compensate. Others use stabilizers and gums to extend shelf life or adjust texture. These additions always appear on the label, if you know what to look for.

cocolean PURE contains none of the following. The label reflects the contents exactly.

"The water doesn't need help.
It needs to be left alone."

Four ways to use PURE.

Coconut water's light sweetness and mineral character make it a quiet upgrade in recipes where the liquid contributes to the final taste. These are starting points — adjust to what you have.

Overnight

Coconut water chia pudding with mango and lime.

Mix chia seeds into PURE the night before. By morning they absorb the water and take on its faint floral sweetness. Top with diced mango and a squeeze of lime — the acidity sharpens everything. Good before Pilates. Good with a coffee alongside.

  • cocolean PURE 200 ml
  • White chia seeds 3 tbsp
  • Ripe mango ½
  • Lime juice ½ lime
  • Fresh mint a few leaves

Mocktail

Sparkling coconut cooler with lime and cucumber.

Half PURE, half sparkling water, lime, thin cucumber slices, and a few mint leaves. No syrup, no sweetener. The coconut water provides enough natural sweetness to hold the drink together. Serve over ice in a wide glass.

  • cocolean PURE 150 ml
  • Sparkling water 100 ml
  • Lime, juiced 1
  • Cucumber, sliced 4–5 rounds
  • Fresh mint a sprig

Morning

Overnight oats in coconut water with passionfruit.

Replace milk entirely with PURE. The oats soak up the subtle sweetness overnight, with none of the heaviness of dairy. Passionfruit cut in half and spooned over the top brings sharpness and aroma. A banana sliced in, a spoon of almond butter — done.

  • Rolled oats 80 g
  • cocolean PURE 250 ml
  • Passionfruit 1
  • Banana ½
  • Almond butter 1 tbsp

Frozen

Coconut water paletas with pineapple and ginger.

Blend PURE with fresh pineapple and a small piece of ginger. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least four hours. The result tastes cleaner than any store-bought frozen treat — the coconut water keeps it light where pineapple juice alone would be heavy.

  • cocolean PURE 300 ml
  • Fresh pineapple 200 g
  • Fresh ginger 1 cm piece
  • Lime juice ½ lime
