Most drinks in this category rely on added stimulants, synthetic compounds, or high sugar content. MATCHA contains two ingredients: organic Nam Hom coconut water and ceremonial-grade matcha (Camellia sinensis). No additives. No added sugar.
Ceremonial-grade matcha naturally contains caffeine and L-theanine, an amino acid found almost exclusively in tea leaves. Both are present as part of the whole leaf — not added as extracts or isolates.
The Formula
01 — Base
Cold-processed, undiluted, not from concentrate. Contains naturally occurring potassium, magnesium, and other minerals. No added sugar required — the Nam Hom variety is naturally delicate and sweet.
02 — Matcha
Shade-grown, stone-ground, first-harvest. Ceremonial grade means the youngest, highest-quality leaves — richer chlorophyll, a finer texture, a cleaner flavour. Not culinary grade. Not extract. The whole leaf, powdered.
Composition
Ingredients: Organic Nam Hom Coconut Water, Ceremonial-Grade Matcha (Camellia sinensis).
No added sugars, no gums, no natural flavourings, no concentrates. Certified organic under EU regulation (EC) No 834/2007 and (EC) No 889/2008 by DE-ÖKO-006.

Added sugar
No sugars of any kind have been added. The 3.5 g of sugars per 100 ml are naturally present in the coconut water — the same as in the coconut itself.
